- Summary
- - The hydrographic data bank consists of vertical profiles of temperature and salinity. The data contain all the useful information for space and time location, measurements method, accuracy of the measurements, environmental conditions during the measurements collections, identification of the owner. Actually the data bank contains more than 25,000 stations performed in the Mediterranean Sea since 1909. The data were supplied by public and private centres of research from several European Countries.
