NODC call to action: Have your say!

The National Oceanographic Data Centre (NODC) at OGS invite users of their marine data access and visualisation services to participate in the 5-minute Customer Satisfaction Survey at this link.

This anonymous survey aims to obtain information and improve the quality, quantity, openness and performance of the web services offered by NODC for accessing and downloading data and data products.

These services are available through the NODC website: https://nodc.ogs.it/. Share your experiences with us or test now the efficiency of the

• ERDDAP NRT data server;
• Search and download service for physical and biogeochemical data;
• IPT tool for biodiversity data;
• Geoportal for visualising real-time data from OGS fixed stations in the Adriatic Sea.

The questionnaire also collects feedback on the efficiency of our helpdesk service via the email address nodc@ogs.it. You can also find the survey and the help desk on the Contact page.

This call to action will remain open until June 2024. After that, the NODC will analyse your answers and plan the measures to bridge the gaps according to your needs.
