Since November the list of international research projects, which NODC participates in to produce open and reproducible resources , boasts a prestigious new entry : EUROqCHARM - EUROpean quality Controlled Harmonization Assuring Reproducible Monitoring and assessment of plastic pollution . The project is funded by EU Horizon 2020 coordination and support action, the framework program for research and innovation in Europe. The project aims to provide a platform to discuss, select and develop shared methods of monitoring and managing data on plastics in Europe. NODC will contribute to the alignment of European procedures with global strategies and procedures and to the coordination of the Data Management Plan.
